Imaginava is published by Truebound Publishing LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the Imaginava app ("the App").
Information We Do Not Collect
Imaginava does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information from users. The App does not require an account, login, or registration of any kind.
We do not collect names, email addresses, location data, device identifiers, or any other personal data.
Children's Privacy
Imaginava is designed for children and is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Because we collect no personal information from any user, there is nothing to collect from children either.
In-App Purchases
The App may offer optional in-app purchases processed entirely through the platform on which it is distributed (Amazon Appstore or Google Play). Truebound Publishing LLC does not receive or store any payment information. All purchase data is handled by the respective platform provider in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Distribution Platforms
Imaginava is distributed through the Amazon Appstore and may be made available on Google Play. Each platform may collect certain device or usage information as described in their own privacy policies. Truebound Publishing LLC does not control or have access to any data collected directly by these platforms.
Email Newsletter (Optional)
On our website at trueboundpublishing.com, we offer an optional email signup so we can notify you when Imaginava launches or releases updates. If you choose to sign up, your email address is collected and stored by Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), our email marketing service. We use your email only to send launch announcements and app updates. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email. Brevo's privacy policy is available at brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy. This optional signup is separate from the App itself, which collects no information of any kind.
Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking services.
Data Storage
Any drawings or creations made within the App are saved locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to Truebound Publishing LLC.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
